Robert has over 40 years of experience in the general management of companies and the start-up of innovative projects aimed at creating value for shareholders. He has worked in the environmental, biotechnology and ICT sectors, both in private and public companies, as well as in the senior federal public service. In 2008, he joined ATOUT Recrutement and carried out several executive search mandates for companies and NPOs. He puts his expertise in human capital management and sound governance to work for organizations. He is currently President of the Fondation québécoise pour la recherche en environnement, and a member of the Board of Directors of EnviroCompétences (sectorial committee of the environmental workforce in Quebec) and of Réseau Environnement. He has served on the boards of directors of the Quebec chapters of the American Water Works Association and the Solid Waste Association of North America. He was a member of the National Round Table on the Environment and the Economy of the Government of Canada, Eco-Canada, Écotech Québec and Chairman of the Board of Réseau Environnement.
