The conference’s 8,000-square-meter exhibit hall will feature representatives from environmental services companies, manufacturers and distributors of equipment and instrumentation, consulting engineering firms, consulting firms, research institutes, laboratories, training centres, non-profit organizations, associations, etc.

Over 10,000 attendees are expected during Americana’s three days of presentations and exhibitions.

Renting a virtual booth

Americana 2021 will take place entirely virtual on Swapcard platform, we want our exhibitors to benefit from the best possible service regarding the rental of virtual space.

This year we are offering three virtual booth options :
  • Option A : 3 opportunities for business presentations at a roundtable discussion ;
  • Option B : 2 opportunities for business presentations at a roundtable discussion ;
  • Option C : 1 opportunity for business presentations at a roundtable discussion ;
When you request a reservation, a form will be sent to you in which you can choose the themes of your presentations among the thirteen proposed below :

Renting a booth

Three booth rental options are available: option A offers a 100-square-foot space with partitions; option B offers a 100-square-foot space with partitions, a counter and stools; and option C offers a space of 400 square feet or more.

Startup Space

Start-ups are invited to submit their applications to get a space at a preferential rate in this virtual area. Act quickly, places are limited! To benefit from this opportunity, your company must meet all of the following criteria :

  • Having started commercializing its product within
    the last 6 to 18 months ;
  • Having a maximum of six (6) permanent employees ;
  • Reporting revenues of less than $1 million (CAD) ;
  • Fully owning the intellectual property rights of the
    project ;
  • Having an owner of at least 18 years of age ;

Startup Space

The exhibit hall will feature a Startup Space. Startups in the environmental field are invited to submit their application in order to obtain a place at a reduced rate in this area. To be eligible, your organization must meet the following criteria:

  • Product has been on the market for 6 to 18 months;
  • Organization has a maximum of six permanent employees;
  • Total revenue is under one million dollars;
  • The company has full ownership of its project’s intellectual property rights;
  • The project presenter(s) must be at least 18 years old.
