Guillaume Dabate is a project manager for the Québec Strategy for Drinking Water Conservation at the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. Recognized for his excellent interpersonal skills, he helps coordinate the work of analysts and the approval of annual reports in order to support approximately 800 municipalities in their efforts to manage water and infrastructure in a sustainable manner. Mr. Dabate also helps develop complementary tools to assist the Strategy team in their efforts to save drinking water. Mr. Dabate holds a civil engineering diploma from Collège Ahuntsic and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from École de technologie supérieure. He is also certified as a Water Audit Validator by the American Water Works Association.
