Bruno Kerloc’h is a French engineer currently working at the Cerema (Center for Studies and Expertise on Risks, Environment, Mobility, and Urban and Country Planning) in Lille as head of the Risks, Water and Biodiversity group. With over 25 years of experience in the field of stormwater management, Bruno has been recognized as a specialist in the field of water, environment and risks by the French Ministry of Ecology. He co-piloted the guide on the development of stormwater zoning and is an associate member of the office of ADOPTA (Association for the Operational Development and Promotion of Alternative Techniques in Stormwater).
