Charles Leclerc has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Sherbrooke and is the coordinator of the Air, Climate Change and Energy sector at Réseau Environnement. He also coordinated the Biodiversity sector at Réseau Environnement. Previously, Charles worked for an environmental consulting firm and was the environmental manager within the municipality of Saint-Marc-sur-Richelieu. His diverse professional experiences equip him with a global perspective of the environmental field, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the municipal sector.
