As founder of Umalia, Lucie has over 20 years of experience as a senior executive in large multinational companies in various functions, including corporate social responsibility. Her expertise and in-depth knowledge of organizations has allowed her to develop pragmatic tools and methodologies to anchor corporate societal engagement in business strategies and to foster multi-sector partnerships focused on societal impact. Lucie holds a master’s degree in Management from the Hautes Études Commerciales and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal, in addition to being certified in Change Management and an affiliate partner of the Shared Value Initiative network. She has collaborated on several projects in North and South America, as well as in Africa, particularly in the area of climate change resilience. She also sits on the boards of multiple organizations in Canada and internationally, including the Leadership Faculty of the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Institute of the Conference Board of Canada.
