Ms. Dodier has been an expert in human resources management for over twenty years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Laval and has a certificate in Labor Law. She is also a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA). Previously an executive in various organizations, Ms. Dodier advocates sound management of human resources in order to encourage companies to move towards human management of their resources. Winner of the CSST’s recognition award in Occupational Health and Safety and then the Pléiades from the Lévis Chamber of Commerce for Proactive HR, Ms. Dodier has now held the position of General Manager of EnviroCompétences for over a decade. Her mission: to support companies in the environment industry in integrating best practices in human resources management. A speaker and trainer certified by Emploi-Québec, Ms. Dodier is passionately committed to the environment and sustainable development.
