Scott McKay is a water/wastewater and environmental science specialist with over 25 years experience in government, business, and consulting. He has assumed leadership positions and managed strategic issues in Canada, in the US and abroad. Graduate of the Université du Québec à Montreal receiving a B. Sc. and a M. Sc., M. McKay served as City Councillor in Montréal, leader of a provincial political party and member of the Quebec provincial legislature.
Mr. McKay currently serves as water policy and programs manager for a US-Canada binational organization and as senior advisor with a strategy and public affairs consulting firm. He teaches corporate social responsibility in a university management school. He is regularly invited to speak to various audiences and to sit on advisory committees.
