For 10 years, he has taken a keen interest in the energy economy, waste management and sustainable development.
When he joined the maintenance team in 2013, he discovered that 100% of food waste was crushed and disposed of in the garbage. As a result, wastewater was ending up in the sewers.
A partnership was created with Lanaudière Économique and LiveRoof Québec, and an innovative solution emerged: installing dehydrators at the source—in the kitchens.
