Pascale Rouillé is an urban planner and the President-founder of Les Ateliers Ublo. Over the last ten years, she has specialized herself in land-based approaches, integrating sustainable stormwater management in a holistic manner.
Pascale Rouillé is involved in various phases of project development, from feasibility studies, conceptual plans to monitoring during operations. She acts as a real actor of change by sharing her expertise with various organizations such as the Réseau Environnement and World Wildlife Fund.
PhD student at the University of Montreal, she is working on governance models aimed at increasing and scaling up sustainable stormwater management projects. Her experiences allow her, today, to bring together a multitude of actors and disciplines in Quebec and internationally.
