Pascale Rouillé is an urban planner and President / Co-Founder of Les Ateliers Ublo. For the last ten years, she has specialized in integrating the sustainable management of rainwater in a holistic approach.

Pascale Rouillé is involved in many different phases of development projects, from feasibility studies, to conceptual plans, and monitoring operations. She positions herself as a real actor of change by sharing her expertise with various organizations such as the Réseau Environnement or the World Wildlife Fund for Nature.

As a doctoral student at the University of Montreal, she is working on governance models aimed at increasing sustainable rainwater management projects. The range of her experiences allows her to bring together a multitude of players and disciplines both in Quebec and internationally. Moreover, her close collaboration with civil engineers allows her to manage several important parking projects in the evolution of eco-responsible practices.
