Marie-France Stendahl is an architect of Canadian nationality with more than 15 years of international experience since her graduation from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. Having joined White in 2006, Marie-France acts as project manager and is responsible for establishing White on the Canadian market. She has been participating in many international competitions including this year “Reinventing Cities” launched by C40 where the agency is finalist in Montréal. Marie-France was invited as a keynote speaker at internationally renowned conferences such as Green Building Council Canada in Montréal “Architecture durable Objectif 2030”. Marie-France also teaches at the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University (LTH) in Sweden and so shares her time between practicing, teaching the studio of sustainable architectural design and doing research about climate change whose permafrost in the Arctic.
