Marcel Roy

Provincial Director (Quebec)
JFSA inc. | Canada

Marcel Roy, P.Eng., previously Public Works Director for the City of Gatineau and now Provincial Director at JFSA, possesses extensive experience which combines both operations/maintenance of sewer networks and rivers, and infrastructure design mainly in hydrology and hydraulics. He manages a number of projects involving the update of floodplain mapping of rivers and other watercourses, which have been highly covered by medias in the year 2017 and for years to come. His experience is useful in suggesting simple and efficient immunization projects which aim at reducing interventions by municipal resources in critical periods, allowing focus to be put towards material and human resources in the zones where immunization is not possible or requires prohibitive costs.
