Mr. Beaulieu holds an undergraduate degree in civil engineering from Concordia University and a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Polytechnique Montréal. He is the chairholder of the NSERC Industrial Research Chair on Industrial and Territorial Ecology (CRÉIT). He is also a member of the CIRODD and the International Society of Industrial Ecology (ISIE). His research interests are material flow analysis, circular economy applied to businesses and territories, and life cycle assessment of industrial symbiosis. Mr. Beaulieu contributed to the development of the Synergie Québec network.
