Jean-Philippe Dugoin Clément

Jean-Philippe Dugoin Clément is mayor of Mennecy (commune in the Paris region) since January 17, 2011. He is also vice-president of the Val des Essonne Community of Communes (CCVE) since 2009, vice-president of the Regional Council in charge of Ecology and Sustainable Development since October 2017 and Regional Advisor since December 2015. Mr Dugoin Clément was president of the Regional Observatory of Waste Ile-de-France (ORDIF) until November 2017 and still is the assistant secretary of the Association of Mayors of Ile-de-France (AMIF) since 2014.
