A forestry engineer by training, Mr. Aubé has worked in various fields of intervention related to the environment since the early 2000s. He has been an environmental advisor for Quebec City’s Environmental Planning Department since 2010. After completing a bachelor’s degree in Forest Sciences at Université Laval in 1999, he received a master’s degree in Forest Sciences (M.Sc. 2001) and an MBA in 2019 from the same institution. Concerned by societal challenges raised by sustainable development, particularly in the context of climate change, Mr. Aubé has a keen interest in participating and being an agent of change in the implementation of actions aimed at addressing current challenges. With his extensive professional experience both in private practice as well as in federal and municipal public service, Mr. Aubé has been able to confront many challenges and coordinate several important projects over the last 20 years. A rigorous professional with several years of experience, particularly in management, Mr. Aubé has been able to effectively lead interdisciplinary work teams to carry out projects for several organizations.
