Denis Leclerc is the Founding President and CEO of Écotech Québec, the cluster representing the Québec cleantech ecosystem. He is also the Chairman of CanadaCleantech Alliance and Vice-Chairman of the International Cleantech Network based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

During his 20 years of experience in the natural resources sector, Denis has held several senior management positions. He has been involved in many projects and strategic decisions for companies operating in Canada, the United-States, Europe and Asia.

Highly involved in the community, Denis sits on the Board of Directors of Ecofuel Accelerator, COOP Carbone and SWITCH, the Alliance for a Green Economy. Denis also sits on the Canadian Environment Domestic Advisory Group (CEDAG) under the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Partners and Strategic Committee of the Solar Impulse Foundation, the Council of the Green Municipal Fund of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, and the Community Advisory Board of Aéroports de Montréal.

In addition to being a Chartered Director, Denis holds an MBA from Université de Sherbrooke.
