Catherine Jacques-Brissette is a Corporate Responsibility & Environment Specialist at Bell Canada. She is responsible for the climate change strategy, including evaluating and reporting greenhouse gas emissions across the whole company value chain, disclosing risks & opportunities and setting reduction targets. As such, she will present the way Bell assesses and reports on financial risks and opportunities related to climate change.

Catherine is also outgoing chair of the Climate Change & Sustainability Committee of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, which aims to promote the meaningful role that actuaries can play in fighting climate change. As such, she will address the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) from an actuarial perspective.
