With a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Caroline Rousselet has more than 28 years of experience in municipal management. From 2008 to 2011, she held the position of Director at the Department of Residual Materials Management Department at the Roussillon RCM. Then, for more than 5 years, she joined RECYC-QUÉBEC and provided a consulting service for municipalities, notably in the revision, implementation of the PGMR and information on financial assistance. For the past two years, she has been working for the City of Montréal and mainly deals with waste management contracts for the 19 boroughs.
