Alexandre Baker

Mr. Alexandre Baker holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography with a specialization in Environmental Studies from the University of Ottawa and a master’s degree in Land Use Planning and Regional Development from Université Laval. Since 2009, he has been working as an environmental consultant for the City of Quebec, where he is involved in various files related to water environments, sustainable rainwater management and sustainable urbanism practices. Previously, he worked for a consulting engineering firm, educational institutions, the provincial government and environmental non-profit organizations.
