Several types of financing are now available for projects integrating a climate issue, whether mitigation or adaptation. Many instruments – private, public, bilateral, multilateral – can be mobilized to finance resilient and low-carbon development, particularly in developing countries. This presentation offers a synthetic overview of these sources and financing instruments, highlighting the main issues, constraints and opportunities that characterize them.
